This page contains a few examples of our custom designed lapel pins.
We have over 45 years of experience working with hundreds of organizations
creating items to fit their needs. We use many processes to create
lapel pins. These are four of the most common:
Etched Soft Enamel -- This process
uses acid to etch the designs and then plated in gold, silver and
other metals. It provides the finest detail and widest selection of
colors at a very modest cost. It is especially appropriate for delicate
designs with detail coloring.
Die Struck Soft Enamel - This
process uses dies to strike your design and then plated in gold, silver
and other metals. It provides a "hand made" look for your
pin without the cost of cloisonné. It also provides a raised effect
or three-dimensional look.
Cloisonné -- Cloisonné pins are
die struck from copper plate and then individually filled with porcelain
powder and kiln fired. The pins are then hand polished and plated
in gold, silver or other metals.
Die Struck Metal Badges / Medals -- With our skilled
engravers, these products can be either flat or
three-dimensional and can be done in any known plating. Two-tone plating
is also available.
G & J Patch and Pin also offers a wide variety of attachments,
such as stud and military clutches or safety pin clasps. The images
at right are a few examples of our custom attachments.
Please call us or send us an e-mail to find out how we can create
a custom lapel pin and attachment for your organization.
